Where we work

Areas We Cover Across Worcestershire

We're based in Droitwich Spa, roughly in the middle of the county, which means most of Worcestershire is within a short drive. Our engineers are out across Worcester and the surrounding WR postcodes most days, along with Redditch, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Malvern and the villages between them.

Everything we offer - boiler installation and repair, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, unvented cylinders, gas safety certificates and general plumbing - is available across the whole area below, for both domestic and commercial customers.

Worcester

Worcester is our busiest area outside Droitwich itself and only fifteen minutes up the road, so we're in the city most weeks. We cover the whole of Worcester and the surrounding WR postcodes - St John's, Barbourne, Warndon, Diglis, Battenhall, Northwick, Ronkswood and the newer developments out towards Worcester Woods.

Worcester's housing is genuinely mixed, and that changes what makes sense. The Victorian and Edwardian terraces around St John's and Barbourne are usually solid-wall and often better suited to a modern condensing boiler for now, unless there's insulation work planned. The newer estates east of the city are frequently strong candidates for an air source heat pump, particularly where underfloor heating is going in at the same time. We survey properly before recommending either.

DROITWICH SPA

Droitwich is home - it's where we're based and where we can usually get to fastest. We cover the whole of Droitwich Spa and the surrounding WR9 area, including Copcut, Westlands, Chawson, Salwarpe, Hampton Lovett and Wychbold. Being local means we can be there quickly for a breakdown, and it also means we're easy to get hold of afterwards if anything needs looking at again.

REDDITCH

Redditch is around twenty-five minutes from us and we cover the town and its surrounding areas, including Headless Cross, Church Hill, Winyates, Matchborough and Astwood Bank. A lot of Redditch housing dates from the new town expansion of the 1960s and 70s, which usually means straightforward boiler layouts, cavity walls and - where insulation has been upgraded - good potential for a heat pump.

Kidderminster

We cover Kidderminster and the surrounding DY postcodes, including Wolverley, Blakedown, Cookley and Stourport-on-Severn. It's a mix of Victorian terraces from the carpet-industry era and later suburban housing, so the right heating solution varies considerably street by street. As everywhere else, we survey before we recommend.

BROMSGROVE

Bromsgrove sits just north of us and is one of our easier runs. We cover the town along with Catshill, Stoke Prior, Aston Fields, Lickey End and the surrounding villages. Plenty of larger detached and rural properties here, which tends to mean bigger heating loads, unvented cylinders and - where there's outdoor space - good conditions for an air source heat pump.

MALVERN

We cover Great Malvern, Malvern Link, Barnards Green, Malvern Wells and the surrounding villages. Malvern has a high proportion of older, larger and often listed or conservation-area properties, which can make heating decisions more involved - restricted external space, solid walls and existing systems that have been added to over decades. Worth a proper survey rather than a phone estimate.

PERSHORE, EVESHAM & SOUTH WORCESTERSHIRE

We work across the south of the county too, covering Pershore, Evesham, Upton upon Severn and the surrounding villages. This is a more rural stretch with a fair number of properties off the mains gas grid. We're qualified for LPG as well as natural gas, so we can install, service and certify LPG systems here - and where a property is on LPG or oil, an air source heat pump usually compares far more favourably than it does against mains gas. We're happy to run the numbers either way.

VILLAGES & RURAL PROPERTIES

A lot of our work is in the villages between the towns - Ombersley, Fernhill Heath, Hartlebury, Inkberrow, Hanbury, Feckenham, Crowle and dozens of others. Rural properties often come with their own quirks: no mains gas, oversized or under-performing systems, outbuildings on the same supply, or heating that's been extended piecemeal over the years. We're qualified for LPG as well as natural gas, which covers most off-grid properties - a common sticking point locally, since LPG needs specific Gas Safe qualification and not every engineer holds it. That's normal work for us rather than an exception.

NOT ON THE LIST?

The list above covers the main towns, but we work throughout Worcestershire and a little way beyond into south Birmingham and the Wyre Forest. If you're not sure whether we come out to you, just call - it's a quick answer and we almost certainly do.
